Parents of students at a Canadian high school are threatening legal action to prevent a shop teacher from continuing to wear size Z prosthetic breasts in class.

In his letter, Bandhu also asked that the school board explicitly state any exceptions to the dress code, and allow parents to discuss the matter at school council hearings.
'In our view, it's just illogical and absurd to suggest that the teachers would be held to a lower standard than the students in terms of their attire,' Bandhu told in an interview on Wednesday.
Bandhu acknowledged that 'human rights by their nature are complex' and added that the school board faces 'a very delicate balancing of interests' in weighing Lemieux's rights against the concerns of parents.
